The restaurants of Mandalay Bay are a combination of eclectic menus, famous names and spectacular settings.

Aureole - Chef Charlie Palmer brings the flavor of his acclaimed New York eatery to Mandalay Bay. Featuring the now classic dishes that Chef Palmer invented, Aureole is the place to be within the circles of fine dining.

Trattoria del Lupo - The legendary Wolfgang Puck, creator of the world-famous Spago restaurants, is developing a signature Tuscan-themed restaurant specifically for Mandalay Bay.

China Grill - Renowned in New York, Miami and Beverly Hills, China Grill's panache with "World Cuisine" has garnered unanimous praise.

Border Grill - The hosts of TV's "Too Hot Tamales" bring their spicy southwest fare beachside at Mandalay Bay.

Rock Lobster - Prepare yourself for delightful dining that's interactively entertaining. Take turns sampling from hundreds of dim sum appetizers and platters.

rumjungle - A new, innovative Caribbean-themed nightspot, rumjungle lights up the evening with music, excitement and good food. Check out the wall of fire outside

Red Square - Welcome to the warmer half of Moscow. By that we mean Red Square, an original restaurant where you'll discover vodka and caviar fit for a Czar. They have one of the largest (100+ different brands) selections of vodka outside of Russia. Be sure to check out the authentic Lenin statue outside (complete with missing head and bird droppings).

Shanghai Lilly - Shanghai Lilly shines with classic Cantonese and Szechwan specialties. Check out the interesting artwork outside.

Raffles Cafe - Anytime, 24-hours a day, Raffles Cafe has casual dining accented by views of the beach at Mandalay Bay.

The Noodle Shop - The Noodle Shop offers authentic Cantonese and Mandarin noodles, congee and barbecue dishes 24-hours a day.

Bay Side Buffet - With sweeping views of the tropical water garden, the Bay Side Buffet is an appropriate setting for a diverse selection.

Entertainment

Mandalay Bay Events Center - is a 12,000-seat arena where you can see internationally known stars -headliners ranging from Luciano Pavarotti in concert to Oscar De La Hoya boxing in champion fights.

House of Blues - featuring nightly entertainment from some of the biggest rock stars of today and yesterday.

Treasures of Mandalay Bay - Come see the world’s most valuable exhibit of rare gold and silver coins, paper money and other treasures - it’s worth a king’s ransom.

Shark Reef - Mandalay Bay's newest attraction with over 10 species of sharks and 90 other species. A total of 2,000 animals, including rare golden aligators and endangered sea turtles are all displayed in innovative displays featuring a sinking temple and a sunken ship.
